The Bright On Trainee programme has a duration of 2 years.

It's designed to offer a broad learning experience after your Master's degree, putting you in contact with different areas of the company, such as: Manufacturing, Sales, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain, Financial and Forestry.

Based on learning and on-the-job experience, the programme will allow you to work on four specific six-month projects, moving each time to a new area in the company.

In the second year, the programme includes international work experience, which will allow you to work in a specific job in one of the company's divisions abroad.

This practical experience is backed up by a programme of classroom training, which is designed to speed up your business learning and to develop management, behavioural and analytical skills.

The different components of the Bright On Trainee programme are combined to prepare you for success in an entry level job in the organisation.

Your life is going to be a great journey.
Take off faster.

With a duration of 1 month, in July and September, summer internships are an opportunity to experience the world of work and a great way to complement your academic CV. Opportunities are announced and applications are processed in June each year.
