TRAINEE PROGRAMME

FOR SENIOR MASTER’S DEGREE STUDENTS PRESENTING THEIR THESIS BEFORE JULY.

Duration: 20 months

The Trainee Programme offers across-the-board learning after a Master’s degree, putting you in contact with different areas of the company including Industry, Sales, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain, Finance and Forestry.

Our teaching methodology focuses on on-the-job experience, including specific projects lasting six months, rotating between different areas.

An international experience awaits you in the second year, with the option of working at one of The Navigator Company’s subsidiaries found across the entire world.

But that’s not all. Since we are focused on the growth and continuous learning of our employees, the programme also includes indoor training designed specifically to accelerate your knowledge of the business, while also building management, behavioural and analytical skills.

The Training Programme will prepare you to be included in future opportunities at the company.

Duration: 9 months

Professional Traineeships are for students seeking to join the job market. During your traineeship, you will be able to develop on-the-job projects in various company areas including Production, Maintenance, Procurement, Finance, Forestry, Supply Chain, Logistics and Marketing.

Professional Traineeships give you the professional preparation and experience needed to be part of other programmes at The Navigator Company.

SUMMER TRAINEESHIP

FOR STUDENTS ATTENDING UNIVERSITY
Duration: 1 to 3 months, from July to September.

Summer Traineeships at The Navigator Company are the perfect opportunity for those seeking practical experience to round out their academic curriculum.

CURRICULAR TRAINEESHIP

FOR STUDENTS ATTENDING UNIVERSITY
 

You can also choose a curricular traineeship while writing your thesis. This puts you in contact with different areas of the company to advance your professional skills and apply what you have learned at school.
